Azerbaijan’s digital transformation experience in social security presented

A delegation from the DOST Digital Innovations Center under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population participated in the “IESE Conference 2026,” an international conference organized by the UK-based “IESE – The Public Sector Transformation Partner.”
As part of the “Digital and Data” session of the conference, the DOST Digital Innovations Center presented Azerbaijan’s experience in digital transformation in social security.
The Center provided information about the progress achieved through the Ministry’s centralized electronic information system, inter-agency data exchange in the social sector, the “mygov” portal, and other solutions for data integration and the digitalization of services.
The presentation also focused on the interaction between different information systems in social security, centralized data management, and the impact of these solutions on improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
