Azerbaijan’s exports to Uzbekistan more than doubled in value

Baku, August 21, AZERTAC

In January–July 2026, Azerbaijan’s exports to Uzbekistan amounted to $79.507 million, marking a 2.2-fold increase, or $44.130 million, compared with the corresponding period of last year, the State Customs Committee reported.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported $121.227 million worth of products from Uzbekistan, representing a 48% decrease, or $112.31 million, compared with the same period last year.

According to the report, these figures accounted for 0.41 percent of Azerbaijan’s total exports and 1.23 percent of its imports.
