Azerbaijan’s National Cybersecurity Agency joins Global Anti-Scam Alliance

The National Cybersecurity Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan has become a member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA), an international cooperation platform for coordinated action against scams.
Joining GASA provides the National Cybersecurity Agency with a valuable opportunity to strengthen international cooperation and exchange knowledge and practical experience in combating scams and fraud, as well as, presenting Azerbaijan's experience in this field at the international level.
Through this membership, the National Cybersecurity Agency will gain access to research and insights on global trends in online fraud, emerging attack vectors, AI-driven scams, social engineering tactics, and financial fraud mechanisms.
Membership enables the National Cybersecurity Agency to strengthen its partnerships with government agencies, the banking sector, telecom operators, technology platforms, and cybersecurity firms of foreign countries.
The Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA) is an international organization that brings together public and private sector stakeholders to better understand, prevent, and respond to scams. With over 100 member organizations worldwide, including leading financial institutions, technology companies, and government bodies, GASA serves as a collaborative platform for coordinated action against scams.
Scams have become a widespread global problem, affecting individuals, businesses, and economies across borders. GASA exists to support coordinated, cross-sector efforts that reduce consumer harm and strengthen collective responses to scam activity.
