Azerbaijan’s TABIB, Germany’s GFO Clinics Troisdorf explore cooperation

The leadership of TABIB (the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions) met with a delegation from Germany’s GFO Clinics Troisdorf and representatives of the German–Azerbaijani Radiological and Neuroradiological Society.
The meeting was attended by Bahadur Rzayev, Deputy Executive Director of TABIB, and Nuran Abdullayev, Chairman of the German–Azerbaijani Radiological and Neuroradiological Society and Chief Physician at GFO Clinics Troisdorf.
During the meeting, the “Caspian Neurovascular Outcomes Registry” project was presented. The initiative envisages collecting clinical data on stroke and other neurovascular diseases in a single registry. It was emphasized that the project would contribute to evaluating treatment outcomes, supporting scientific research, and improving the quality of medical services.
The meeting also reviewed opportunities for healthcare professionals to participate in professional development programs in Germany, organize training for local specialists, expand professional knowledge exchange, and apply German expertise in Azerbaijan to improve stroke services.
In conclusion, Nuran Abdullayev toured the Stroke Center and Angiography Unit of Yeni Klinika.
