AZERBAIJAN’S YOUNG BOXERS SCOOP THREE MEDALS IN ISTANBUL

Azerbaijan’s young boxers won three medals in the world championship in Istanbul, Turkey.

Senior coach Nariman Abdullayev-led Azeri team’s best result was posted by Ilkin Agayev (50 kg) who managed to reach the final.

Unfortunately he lost the gold medal match and had to be satisfied with silver.

Two other Azerbaijani boxers Rashad Muslimov (70 kg) and Hafiz Isgandarov (75 kg) won bronze medals.
