Kiev, January 14 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani ambassador Eynulla Madatli met Friday with Speaker of the Ukraine`s Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin

The ambassador underlined the role of Ukrainian parliament in rebuilding the state and developing all sectors of economy. According to him, the better way to deepen cooperation between the two countries is to improve dialogue among MPs both on the level of interparliamentary friendship groups and heads of parliaments.

Madatli conveyed to Litvin the Azerbaijani parliament speaker Ogtay Asadov`s invitation to make an official visit to Azerbaijan in 2011.

Speaker of the Ukrainian parliament promised to facilitate the activity of friendship groups, which must “pave the way - do concrete work”.

Azeri ambassador earlier discussed this matter during his meeting with head of the Ukraine-Azerbaijan friendship group, MP Eduard Zeynalov.

Litvin underlined the current crisis in the world requires extraordinary approaches.

The speaker emphasized President Ilham Aliyev`s visit to Ukraine in October 2010 is a huge contribution to strategic partnership.
