Azeri Interior Minister meets Belgian ambassador
Baku, June 16 (AzerTAC). Interior Minister of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov has today met with Belgian ambassador to Azerbaijan, Luc Truyens.
The Azeri Minister briefed the Belgian ambassador on Ministry`s activity and crime situation in the country. He said Azerbaijan`s Interior Ministry cooperates with a number of European countries` relevant organizations, noting the importance of establishment of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan`s and Belgium Interior ministries.
The parties touched on the fight against drug trafficking, international terrorism, human traffic and illegal migration and other issues.
The diplomat vowed to spare no efforts to strengthen cooperation between Belgium and Azerbaijan, particularly the two countries` Interior ministries.
