Azeri Interior Minister meets Turkish Gendarmerie Commander
Baku, 18 January (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan Minister of Internal Affairs, colonel-general Ramil Usubov has today met visiting Turkish Gendarmerie Commander, General Necdet Ozel.
Usubov praised relations between friendly and brotherly countries` interior bodies.
The Azeri Minister recalled material and technical assistance of the Turkish Gendarmerie Command to the interior troops of Azerbaijan Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Usubov said the Turkish Gendarmerie Commander`s visit to Azerbaijan would contribute to developing relations between the two countries.
The Azeri Minister expressed confidence the two countries` relevant bodies would continue to use effectively potential opportunities for cooperation.
Necdet Ozel praised fruitful cooperation between the countries` interior bodies.
The Turkish Gendarmerie Command noted they would spare no efforts to contribute to developing Azerbaijan`s army and interior troops.
