Azeri MP gives interview to Turkish TRT channel
Baku, July 4 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani parliamentarian, member of the country`s delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Ganira Pashayeva shared her opinions with the Turkish TRT TV channel over recent meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents in Kazan.
She attributed the lack of progress in the Kazan meeting to non-constructive position of Armenia.
Pashayeva stressed the meeting ones again proved that unlike Azerbaijan whose 20 percent of territory is under Armenian occupation, has 1 million refugees and IDPs, Armenia is not interested in the settlement of the conflict and tries to drag out its resolution.
Pashayeva has also provided information on Armenia`s vandalism in occupied Azerbaijani territories.
She also underlined Armenians killed, captured and tortured thousands of Azerbaijanis during its aggression.
She stressed tens of Azerbaijanis are still held captive in Armenia contrary to international legal norms.
