Azeri MP meets representatives of All-China Youth Federation
Baku, July 15 (AZERTAC). Chairman of Azerbaijani parliament`s Committee on international and interparliamentary relations Samad Seyidov has met with the representatives of All-China Youth Federation.
Speaking in the meeting, Seyidov noted his country is interested in cooperation with China. “The activities of the two countries` parliaments contribute to deepening those relations”, he added.
Seyidov said the Azerbaijani government pays special attention to youth. “A number of state programs were approved to improve social welfare of youth”, he stressed.
In his turn, Deputy Secretary General of All-China Youth Federation Zuo Feng said bilateral relations successfully developed and cooperation expanded after establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and China in 1992. “Two countries support each others` positions in the international organizations”, he added.
Feng noted the sides signed several documents on sport, culture, tourism and other spheres and “we are sure this will contribute to the development of relations between two countries` youth organizations”.
On Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, official of All-China Youth Federation said his country supports Azerbaijan`s position and territorial integrity.
