Azeri parliamentarians to attend CIS PA sitting
Baku, May 13 (AZERTAC). Delegation of the Azerbaijan Milli Majlis (Parliament) is to attend the 36th sitting of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly due on May 14 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The delegation includes Arif Rahimzade, head of the regional affairs standing committee, members of parliament Elton Mammadov, Rufet Guliyev, Adil Aliyev, head of the Parliament Administration Safa Mirzayev, other officials.
The CIS PA sitting is to discuss issues related to the results of parliament elections in Azerbaijan and Moldova, the presidential elections in Belarus and Kazakhstan, the international and national election systems, the 105th anniversary of the Russian parliamentarism, organizational issues and others
The Azeri parliamentarians will have some meetings with the heads of delegations from CIS member countries.
The parliamentarians are also to take part at the international conference on the 65th anniversary of the Nurnberg process and the IV Neva Ecology congress.
