Baku hosts presentation of book on combating human trafficking

Baku hosted the presentation of a book titled “New Challenges of Combating Human Trafficking in the Digitalized World”, available in Azerbaijani and English, authored by Alovsat Allahverdiyev, PhD in Law and associate professor at Baku Eurasia University.
The presentation was organized by the “Ughur” Enlightenment Public Union with the support of the Agency for State Support to NGOs.
The book was translated by Shahin Mammadrzali, PhD in Law and lecturer at Baku State University (BSU).
The publication explores the new risks posed by digital technologies in human trafficking, how victims are targeted in the online environment, and the importance of legislation and preventive measures in this regard.
