Bale out for three weeks due to calf injury
Baku, November 19, AZERTAC
Gareth Bale's call-up to the Wales national team for the most recent international break has come at a cost for the player and for Real Madrid, with the 32-year-old picking up a calf injury that will rule him out of action for at least three weeks, according to Marca.
The forward had missed the previous nine weeks of action with Los Blancos after sustaining an injury against Real Betis on August 28 but, now, the club's medical team will have to guide him through another recovery plan in the hope that he can be back in mid-December.
At the request of Bale himself, Real Madrid will not make public the medical report of the player, who was unable to feature in Wales' game against Belgium on Tuesday.
