Barcelona to face Eintracht Frankfurt in Europa League quarterfinals

Spanish powerhouse Barcelona is set to take on German Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Europa League quarterfinals, according to Friday’s 2021-22 Europa League last eight draw in Nyon, Switzerland, Anadolu Agency reports.
Five-time Champions League winner Barcelona will tussle to bag their maiden Europa League title, while Eintracht Frankfurt will try to win their second title in the tournament after their first in 1980.
Barcelona eliminated Turkish team Galatasaray with 2-1 aggregate while Eintracht Frankfurt passed Spanish team Real Betis with 3-2 aggregate in the Round of 16.
The quarterfinal first leg games will be held on April 7, while return matches will be played on April 14.
The 2022 final will be held on May 18 at Seville's Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan.
