Baroness Emma Nicholson: I believe that Azerbaijan will perfectly conduct COP29

"I am so excited and happy that Azerbaijan will play host to the 29th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29). Baku often hosts large-scale events, almost several times a year. Therefore, I believe that Azerbaijan will perfectly conduct the COP29," UK Prime Minister's Trade Envoy Baroness Emma Nicholson to Azerbaijan said in her interview with AZERTAC’s special correspondent in London.
"Azerbaijan is a fascinating country. It is also the first country in the East to grant women the right to vote and be elected. There are many facts about Azerbaijan that other countries might not know. Azerbaijan is already at the forefront of achievements in addressing climate change, and maintains close cooperation with BP in this area," she added.
