CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
Chairman of the Commission informed on registration of agents of the registered Presidential contender of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Aliyev Ilham Heydar oglu. The CEC passed a positive resolution on the issue.
Further, Chairman of CEC made an announcement on approval of Hussein Mamed oglu Pashayev, appointed as a deliberative vote member of the Central Election Commission of the Presidential contender Aliyev Ilham Heydar oglu and Shaitdin Sardar oglu Aliyev , appointed by Presidential contender Mr. Aliyev Ilham Heydar oglu to monitor the elections all over the Republic of Azerbaijan. The commission approved the both issues.
Secretary of Central Election Commission Vidady Mahmudov announced on voting in jails. Deputy Chairman of the Commission Svetlana Gasimova informed the session on this issue. CEC resolved to consider information of Svetlana Gasimova.
CEC passed a resolution on withdrawal and cancellation of ID card of Dilbazi Bahruz Museib oglu, agent of a registered Presidential contender of the Republic of Azerbaijan Lala Shovkat Hajiyeva and on registration of Budagova Zemfira Aslan gizi as her agent.
Secretary of CEC Ingilab Nasirov and member of the commission Azer Tagiyev gave information on applies received by the Commission. Two applies were resolved to be sent to Prosecutor General office for consideration.
Current issues were discussed at the end of the sitting.
Representatives of the International Fund of Election Systems, Bureau of democratic institutions and human rights of OSCE, National Democratic Institute, local and foreign mass media were present at the session.
