Chairman of Pakistani Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee hails stability in Azerbaijan

Chairman of the Pakistani Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Zubair Mahmood Hayat has hailed stability in Azerbaijan as he met with the country`s Deputy Internal Affairs Minister Vilayat Eyvazov.
Mahmood Hayat described Azerbaijan and its capital Baku as one of the safest states and cities in the world. He praised speedy development of relations between the two states and nations in all spheres. The chairman of the Pakistani Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee also noted wide construction works carried out in Azerbaijan.
Eyvazov said President Ilham Aliyev attaches special importance to the expansion of bilateral cooperation with Pakistan. He provided an insight into reforms carried out in Azerbaijan.
The deputy minister hailed close relations between the internal ministries of the two countries. He also praised joint efforts towards fighting transnational organized crime, illegal drug trafficking, illegal migration and human trafficking.
