China will provide Azerbaijan with solar and diesel generators

China will provide Azerbaijan with solar and diesel generators for directing to autonomous energy sources, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Renewable & Alternative Energy of Azerbaijan (ABOEMDA) Jamil Malikov said.
He emphasized that teh Chinese government allocated $ 3 million in this regard. “All necessary documents related to the grant have been approved and we are waiting Chinese side's procedures”. Jamil Malikov hailed that this issue is expected to be solved soon. Thanks to this grant, China will provide equipment with solar and diesel generators for directing Azerbaijan to autonomous energy sources. The power of those aggregates varies from 2 to 100 kilowatts.
“We hope that these aggregates will become a very useful energy source for technological equipment, antennas and other installations installed in remote regions and villages of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan will widely use these technologies,” Jamil Malikov added.
