Delegation of Daghestan Republic consisting of adviser of Chairman of the State Council Seid Kurbanov, members of the State Council Kurban Kurbanov, the first Deputy Chairman of the committee for international affairs of the Russia’s Council of Federation Ilyas Umakhanov, heads of representative office of Daghestan to Azerbaijan, deputies of people’s assembly Magomed Kurbanov, Aydin Mursalov visited the Honors Alley.

It is well known that President Heydar Aliyev used to pay particular attention to development of bilateral relations with all regions of Russia, especially with those neighboring Azerbaijan.

On behalf of the Daghestani leadership, members of the delegation laid wreath and flowers at the grave of Heydar Aliyev.
