David Beckham’s Netflix documentary series is coming soon

David Beckham's life will be featured in the television screens around the world thanks to Netflix, according to Marca.
The streaming platform confirmed that the English footballer is their newest addition and have a great team in line to produce and direct the series.
It will portrait Beckham's rise to fame and stardom from a working class family in East London to his years competing for the best clubs in the world and sparking a huge growth in the Major League Soccer with his arrival.
The streaming platform said it will show the drive and determination that led him to become one of the most recognisable and scrutinised athletes of all time.
The Academy Award-winning duo of Fisher Stevens and John Battsek will be in charge of this project, with Stevens directing and co-executive producing and Battsek executive producing this multi-part definitive series.
Beckham's family and friends will also be featured in the documentary, that will portrait his last 40 years alive.
Studio 99, David Beckham's own production company will associate with Ventureland, Battsek's company.
Beckham is currently producing shows for Disney+ and Paramount+ through Studio 99.
On an Instagram post, the former football star shared a couple of pictures from his early playing days.
"I'm excited to confirm that I am partnering with Netflix on a documentary series about my life and career", was part of the caption.
