DECREEPRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
For providing the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On administrative inspectorate over municipalities activity” due to its coming into effect, hereby I decree:
1. To assign the Cabinet of Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan within two months:
- to submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan the offers on bringing the acting legislative acts in correspondence with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On administrative inspectorate over municipalities activity”;
- to provide bringing the normative and legal acts of the cabinet of Ministers and central executive authorities in correspondence with this Law and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan about it;
- to resolve other issues following this Law within the limits of its responsibilities.
2. To establish that
- responsibilities of the “related executive authorities organ” envisaged by article 3.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On administrative inspectorate over municipalities activity” shall be performed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- responsibilities of the “related executive authorities organ” envisaged by article 11 of this Law shall be fulfilled by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
