On confirmation of “Instruction on office work in governmental authority organs, offices, organizations and enterprises”

For the further improvement of office work in governmental authority organs, offices, organizations and enterprises, bringing it in a general system and form, hereby I decree:

1. To confirm “Instruction on office work in governmental authority organs, offices, organizations and enterprises” (attached).

2. Office work on consideration of offers, applies and complaints of citizens in governmental authority organs, offices, organizations and enterprises and the order of work with documents in executive authority of regions, cities, city districts shall be regulated by the related legislative acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

3. To establish that general control over observation of demands of the “Instruction on office works in governmental authority organs, offices, organizations and enterprises” shall be fulfilled by the general department of Executive Apparatus of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

4. To assign the Cabinet of Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan within one month:

- to submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan the offers on the order of office work with secret documents in executive authority organs, offices, organizations and enterprises;

- to resolve other issues following this Decree within the limits of its responsibilities.

5. This Decree comes into effect on the day of publication.
