DELEGATION OF AZERBAIJANI ENERGY SPECIALISTS TO LEAVE FOR IRAN

Azerenergy” OSC President’s adviser Majid Aliyev and chief of the Central Dispatch Department Nurali Yusifov will pay an official visit to Iran.

According to the “Azerenergy” press-service, the key goal of the visit is to continue business communications with Iranian companies “Tavanir” and “Sanir” concerning the questions that are of great interest for both sides and study possibilities of further expanding and deepening cooperation.

In the course of the visit, Azerbaijani delegation will be engaged in tackling issues, associated with the mode of functioning of Transazerbaijani PTL /Power Transmission Line/ Astara-Astara and discussing legal, technical and normative aspects of its practical operating. The sides will also consider and approve the signature terms of putting into operation of the 20-km PTL that is of great significance for industry and practical embodiment of the partnership relations between Azerbaijani and Iranian energy workers.
