Eastern Partnership Youth Forum kicks off in Baku
Baku, June 14 (AZERTAC). Eastern Partnership Youth Forum has started today in Azerbaijan`s capital.
The forum brought together representatives of youth organizations from European countries and Azerbaijan.
The aim of the forum is to popularize the Eastern Partnership initiative among the young people and to involve them in the realization of this initiative.
The forum featured discussions on fulfillment of action plan put forward by the European Neighborhood Policy, to eliminate the defects, to develop and implement effective enforcement mechanisms in Azerbaijan, to conduct issues on the active involvement of young people to find solutions to problems and to implement the future appeals in the countries of the Eastern Partnership and to prepare recommendation documents.
An appeal of suggestions for Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum to be in 2011 will be adopted within the framework of the forum.
The forum was financially supported by Azerbaijan-American Youth Public Union, Ministry of Youth and Sport.
