ETU PRESIDENT GIVES PRESS CONFERENCE IN BAKU
Visiting Baku President of the European Taekwondo Union (ETU), Athanasios Pragalos, gave a press conference today at the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation.
Mr. Pragalos said the main goal of his visit is to familiarize himself with preparation for the European Youth Taekwondo Championship due to be held in the Azerbaijan capital October 25-27 next year.
ETU Secretary General, Gerrit Eissink, said during the competition the Union will hold a meeting to elect its new president.
Mr. Eissink also said that beginning from 2007, the European Taekwondo Union will start implementing new rules to ease the referees’ task.
