Foreign journalists visit AzerTAc
Baku, April 8 (AZERTAC). A group of foreign journalists participating in the World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue which is underway in Baku yesterday have visited the Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AZERTAC). Editor-in-Chief of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency (BTA) Boris Khamalski, Head of Foreign Relations Department of the Ukrainian News Agency (Ukrinform) Yaroslav Dovgopol and Head of TELAM News Agency`s Latin America portal (Argentina) Havyer Posse met with Director General of AZERTAC Aslan Aslanov.
Welcoming the guests, Aslan Aslanov said that cooperation agreement due to be signed between AZERTAC and TELAM will contribute to the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Argentina. He also invited the vice president of the state agency Telam Argentina, President of the World Council of News Agencies Sergio Fernández Novoa to visit Azerbaijan.
AZERTAC also actively cooperate with Ukrinform and BTA as part of the CIS National News Agencies Association, BSANNA (The Black Sea Association of National News Agencies) and the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA).
