At the meeting held with the representatives of Azerbaijan Diaspora in Azerbaijan Cultural Centre, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan Aydin Azimbayov stated that henceforth the centre will be named “Azerbaijan house after Heydar Aliyev”, AzerTAj correspondent reports. The bust of the national leader will be erected in front of the building, as well as Heydar Aliyev’s museum opened. The street, where this building locates, will be after Heydar Aliyev. The executive authority of Tashkent adopted relevant decision.

The Ambassador reminded that according to another decision, the executive power would erect a monument of the great Azerbaijan poet Nizami Ganjavi in Uzbekistan.
