III ECONOMIC FORUM HELD IN ASTANA
Baku, July 12 (AZERTAC). III economic forum took place in Astana. The current action being held annually since 2008 has been dedicated to the theme “Stable economic growth during the post-crisis period”. Representatives of economic and business circles have taken part in the forum attended by more than 70 countries of the world, political and public figures, heads of the international financial organizations, known scientists-economists and experts, as a whole over 2500 representatives.
In the framework of the two-day forum 17 sessions took place, with a number of documents being signed.
At the Forum, Azerbaijan was represented by Vilayet Guliyev, director of Scientific Research Institute of Economic Reforms under the Ministry of Economic Development and Gulnara Nuriyeva, scientific secretary.
Employees of the Institute informed on economy of Azerbaijan, the ongoing reforms and accomplishments of the latest years in Azerbaijan economy.
Azerbaijani scientists met with employees of scientific structures of Kazakhstan and other countries to discuss questions of wider cooperation in the future.
