INDUSTRIAL TOWNSHIP TO BE SET UP IN AZERBAIJAN
According to the Economic Development Ministry’s press-service, the issue of establishing the industrial township was widely discussed at the workshop conducted under the aegis of the OSCE Baku office and UN industrial development office. It was noted at the workshop that the technological business-incubator is worth setting up in the territory of the industrial township since it creates conditions for infrastructure objects to supplement one another.
To involve international financial institutions in this process the realization of the special project has been launched together with the UN industrial office. The relevant area for the industrial township was picked up. In the course of the next visit of experts to Baku the issues of project monitoring, assessment of the township’s structure and enlightenment of entrepreneurs will be the spotlight of discussions.
