International conference on custom electronic services kicks off in Baku

Baku, September 12 (AZERTAC). The 3rd international scientific and practical conference on custom electronic services has today strated in Baku.

The co-oganizers of the event are the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federal Customs Service.

The conference brings together nearly 200 delegations from 25 countries.

The aim of the event is to learn best practices in application of the customs information systems and information technologies and outline future development directions of these technologies in customs service.

The 2-day meeting will discuss information and communication technologies in customs service, e-customs services, the role of ICT in customs-business partnership and organizing e-services in government bodies.
