An international meeting of members of the “Memorandum on mutual understanding in regional cooperation on control over narcotics” is due in Baku on 2-4 December.

As stated, in this meeting, being one of the first large-scale international actions in the last times will be attended by Mr. Antonio Maria Costa, Executive Director of the United Nations Office on drugs and Crime and the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations.

In the frame of the visit, he will become familiar with the work, done in Azerbaijan in the field of combat against illegal drug circulation, and hold a number of official meetings.
