Jim McCullar Wins $190 Million in Mega Millions Lottery
Baku, January 8 (AZERTAC). This past Tuesday (January 4, 2011), two winners (one from Washington and one from Idaho) won the Mega Millions Jackpot - one of the largest ever. The Washington winner, Jim McCullar, has stepped forward, while the Idaho winner remains anonymous thus far.
On January 5, Mega Millions' website announced that there were two winners of its jackpot (which was estimated to be at least $355 Million). Both had successfully guessed the 6 winning numbers: 4, 8, 15, 25, 47, and 42.
Now, we get our first look at Jim McCullar, the winner from Ephrata, Washington. On Tuesday night, he woke Carolyn, his wife of 41 years, by yelling her name. She thought he was having a heart attack, but soon learned that she was actually a multimillionaire many times over. Since winning, Jim McCullar has quit his job at a company. He has speculated that he and his wife might buy an RV and travel while deciding what to do with their fortune. "Jackpot winner was 'pale, shaking' when he won.
The McCullars seem like the perfect couple to win a lottery. They seem, for example, not to be the types to blow fortune irresponsibility. Now we just need to find out who the lucky winner from Idaho is.
