Kenyan delegate at WUF13 praises warm hospitality experienced in Azerbaijan

“I come from Nakuru in Kenya, a city in East Africa. I have attended various conferences and events organized by the UN Economic Commission for Africa. In Azerbaijan, I found excellent hospitality, with a very warm reception and helpful volunteers who provided guidance and support,” Kenyan participant of WUF13, Peter Gitau, said in an interview with AZERTAC.
“This is a clear indication of excellent organization. Azerbaijan’s contribution to urban development is in strengthening local governance and advancing decentralization to support fairer distribution of urban resources,” he emphasized.
