Kestutis Jankauskas: Talks on Azerbaijan-EU agreement underway

“The talks on the signing of an agreement between Azerbaijan and the EU are underway,” head of the European Union delegation to Azerbaijan, Ambassador Kestutis Jankauskas said.
The ambassador underlined that a new document will substitute the old one signed between the EU and Azerbaijan in 1998. The next round of talks is expected to be held prior to the Eastern Partnership summit, which is scheduled for November, he said.
