Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, Minister of Defense, and Lieutenant General Hikmat Mirzayev, Deputy Minister of Defense and Commander of the Land Forces, inspected the training of units deployed along the conditional border, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

It was reported that in the units, 24-hour combat duty is organized at a high level in accordance with daily order rules, and uninterrupted service is maintained.

The Defense Minister met with the personnel on combat duty and commended the combat and psychological training of the servicemen.

Colonel General Zakir Hasanov set specific tasks for the authorized persons on the better organization of service-combat activities and increasing vigilance.
