Measures to be taken against “Eurovision-2012” informal websites
Baku, February 7 (AZERTAC). The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) intends to take measures for closing of some Internet sites, including in Faсеbook, Twitter and other social networks illegally opened under the pretext of official names, stated the head of the Contests` Organizing Committee Sietse Becker in an interview to the eurovision.az site.
Mr. Becker noted that similar problems arise often and some under the pretext of officials create numerous sites. The Organizing Committee will offer to close these sites.
At his words, the Organizing Committee has addressed for closing of 15 websites in the social networks disseminating doubtful messages on the Contests.
