MEETING IN EMBASSY OF AZERBAIJAN IN ANKARA
On October 12, a meeting with Azerbaijanis residing and working in Turkey took place at the embassy of Azerbaijan to Turkey. Ambassador Mammad Aliyev recounted on the preparatory work for the upcoming presidential elections in Azerbaijan and noted Azerbaijanis may come to the embassy’s polling station and vote in free and democratic atmosphere.
People’s artist of Azerbaijan, professor Server Ganiyev, honored man of art, director Eflatun Nematzadeh, doctor of physics and mathematics, Prof. Khamdulla Mehrabov and others stressed the significance of President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev’s political course and expressed confidence that Azerbaijanis residing and working in Turkey would vote for the worthy candidate. Speakers stressed that these elections will play a crucial role in Azerbaijan’s destiny and next generations.
