Mingechevir regatta-2023 put onto calendar plan of European Canoe Association

The Mingechevir regatta-2023 to take place in Azerbaijan on October 25-27, 2023 has been included in the calendar plan of the European Canoe Association, Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation said.
According to the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation, information about the competition was published in the news section of the association`s official website.
“The International Mingechevir regatta-2023 to be held in Azerbaijan on October 25-27, 2023, is officially held by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation. The competitions are held in Azerbaijan in order to develop rowing and canoeing in the country. The goal is to strengthen the health of the nation, popularize rowing and canoeing among the population, and strive to raise the skill level of athletes. The Ministry of Youth and Sports and Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation will cover the costs of accommodation, meals, accreditation fee and transfers for athletes and coaches during the competition dates. Travel expanses are on teams responsibilities.”
The International Mingechevir regatta-2023 will welcome both young canoeists and rowers, born between 2005 and 2010.
