He said that the problem is on the agenda to be presented to the international structure in a report. Members of the Azerbaijan delegation will raise this question in numerous committees of the Council of Europe in early January, he added.
President of the Council of Europe Walter Schwimmer also has underlined that the Nagorno Karabakh problem is one of the urgent issues on the agenda and would certainly be discussed this year.
Meanwhile, the discussions will not take place in the January or April sessions of the Organization. The reason is that the PACE reporter on Nagorno Karabakh problem, Mr. Terry Davis was nominated to the Secretary General of the Organization and will participate at the elections.
