OMBUDSMAN ENHANCES BUSINESS COOPERATION
Business cooperation between the Ombudsman’s office and Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Population is expanding. To this end, some laws have already been developed and submitted to the authorized bodies.
In accordance with the provisions envisaged in the Presidential Decree from November 24, 2003 “On measures for acceleration of the socio-economic development in Azerbaijan Republic”, human rights commissioner Elmira Suleymanova intends to embark on the joint actions plan to improve the exercise of citizen’s right for labor, Ombudsman’s office said.
It is scheduled to open relevant courses for mastering new professions in accordance with demands of the labor market, conduct trainings etc.
