OMBUDSMAN VISITING ENTERPRISES OF MINISTRY OF LABOR AND SOCIAL SECURITY
Ombudsman of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova visited the enterprises of the Ministry of labor and social security of population of the Republic, met the disabled of the Great patriotic and Karabakh wars, refugees and IDPs, disabled by birth and other people, under the treatment from numerous diseases, interested in their lifestyle.
As stated, a lot was done to protect labor rights of the citizens and in the field of resolution to the social problems. The received 162 inquiries connected with violation of labor and social rights, were sent to relevant departments and ministries, a part were satisfied.
The ombudsman underlined that along with these, by the heads of a number of enterprises, local self-governments authorities, officials were admitted serious shortages in the field of ensuring rights of the citizens, biased attitude in some cases.
