OSCE OBSERVATION MISSION ENDED ITS ACTIVITY IN AZERBAIJAN
In the meeting, Peter Aycher spoke of the completion of his mission in Azerbaijan and expressed his gratitude for the conditions set up for the observation mission, also updated on his impression of the election process.
Minister Vilayat Guliyev assessed the 15 October 2003 Presidential elections that passed in fair and transparent conditions as the logic conclusion of the democratic state building process conducted in Azerbaijan. Noting that Azerbaijan government attaches special attention to cooperation with relevant international organizations, the Minister stressed that he highly appreciated the efforts of the representatives of international organizations.
The parties had exchange of views on a number of issues of mutual interest.
