OSCE TEACHES NGOS STRATEGIC THINKING AND FINANCIAL STABILITY
Representatives of eighteen NGOs including “Movement of greens of Azerbaijan”, “Federation of Families”, Information-public organization “In our name – Life, Alternative, Development”, Ecological Innovation Center, Ornithological Society, Radiation Eco-organizing “Shua”, Ecosphere, “Ecograph”, ‘Ecolex-Azerbaijan’ and other organizations received useful knowledge in the field of management of personnel, strategic thinking and business-planning, provision of financial stability of the organization.
The trainers of “Golubka” taught Baku public to apply in their practice the model of North American Indians “Circle of Courage”, model of “Celt wheel” for determination of the type of man, his organizational and other opportunities, Iceberg model for psychological analysis of thinking for personnel, the models of situational leadership. At words of trainer Igor Ovchinnikov and Ivan Timofeyev, the model training enables to better work up scenario of way out, make the situation a virtual regime, decrease risk, etc.
Styles of leadership, principles of negotiations, avoiding of conflicts and skills of making decision on the example of numerous games – were subject of trainings.
It has to be reminded that the Center was founded as a non-commercial organization, in 1989. Goal of this Organization is to promote establishment of civic democratic society in Russia and CIS through educational programs.
