Participants of international conference visit Khankendi

As part of their tour to the Azerbaijan’s Garabagh region, participants of the International Scientific-Practical Conference dedicated to prominent Azerbaijani thinker and scholar Sheikh Sayyid Yahya Bakuvi Shirvani visited the city of Khankendi on September 16.
At the Khankendi Victory Square, the visitors were briefed on the ongoing reconstruction efforts carried out in the city.
Subsequently, they toured the city’s Victory Park, learning that the park reflects the fighting spirit and heroism demonstrated by the Azerbaijani people in restoring historical justice and ensuring territorial integrity, as well as the victory achieved during the 44-day Patriotic War.
Following the familiarization tour, the delegates headed to the city of Shusha.
