As was stated, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev left for Ankara, Turkey, to undergo medical examination at the ‘Gulhane’ Military Medical Academy, July 8. Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkey Mammad Aliyev told in his phone interview as saying:‘Medical examination of Azerbaijan President is underway at the ‘Gulhane’ Academy. The examination continued since morning on July 9. Preliminary results of the examination are very good.President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev is expected to have meetings with the President of Turkey and other top officials. On his arrival at the Academy, President Heydar Aliyev received heads of the ‘Gulhane’ Military Medical Academy. I, too, was honored to have a half hour meeting with Mr. President. Mr. President feels very well and is in high a spirit. Along with examination, he also has meetings. I hope the examination will complete shortly and Mr. President return to Home’, the Ambassador said.
