PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVED SHEIKH UL ISLAM ALLAHSHUKUR PASHAZADE
The head of Caucasian Moslem Clerical office said that in these elections, our citizens has voted for social and political stability, economic progress gained in our republic for the last 10 years of leadership of national leader of our people Heydar Aliyev, and continuation of this course in the future.
Sheikh Ul Islam expressed his confidence that worthiest successor of the Heydar Aliyev`s school Ilham Aliyev will take every effort and use all his qualities for further strengthening of Azerbaijan`s statehood, growth the economic power of the country, rise its prestige in the international arena and peaceful resolution of the most ailing problem of our republic – Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, over Nagorno Garabakh.
Afterwards, Allahshukur Pashazade has congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Holy Ramadan and asked the Most High to send down to him every success in the hard and important work.
In memory of the meeting, Sheikh Ul Islam presented the Koran to the President Ilham Aliyev.
Having expressed gratitude of the kind words and sincere congratulations, President Ilham Aliyev said he would do justify the peoples` confidence in the high state post, continue and develop alternative- free policy of Heydar Aliyev and become the President of all citizens of Azerbaijan, regardless of their religion, ethnic belongings and political views.
