ON GIVING UNPAID LEAVE TO PRIME MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN I.H. ALIYEV CABINET OF MINISTERS REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN RESOLUTION
According to articles 69.2 and 70.1 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Cabinet of Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan resolves:1. To give unpaid leave starting on August 6, 2003 to Prime Minister Ilham Heydar oglu Aliyev for providing his participation in pre-electoral campaign as a nominee for the Presidential elections till the day of official publication of the results of Elections of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 2. First Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Tahir oglu Rasizadeh is assigned to perform the duties of Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the period mentioned in the 1st paragraph of this resolution. 3. PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN HEYDAR ALIYEV ARRIVED TO CLEVELAND
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev arrived to Cleveland, US on August 6, 6.00 pm local time to continue medical examination and treatment, AzerTAj’s Washington-based correspondent reports. Upon arrival at the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport he was greeted by the Azerbaijani Ambassador to the US Hafiz Pashayev.
