On behalf of the collective of the International Charity Fund of Sharaf Rashidov, we express condolence on disease of Your father, President Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev – prominent political, state and public figure of the present, staunch son of the Azerbaijani people, who devoted his life to the welfare of his nation.
