President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was welcomed by high-ranking governmental officials of France, ambassador of France to Azerbaijan Chantal Poiret, ambassador of Azerbaijan to France Eleonora Huseynova and other officials.
After the military orchestra performed state anthems of the two countries, President of Azerbaijan revered the guard of honor.
Collaborators of the Azerbaijan embassy in Paris, Azerbaijanis educating and working here greeted the head of the Azerbaijani state.
President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Khanum Aliyeva were presented flowers.
Then, president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was followed by motorcade to his residence in Paris.
