Please, accept my congratulations on the occasion of completion of the construction of the strongest Caspian semi submersible drilling rig. The project was professionally implemented in the ‘Caspian Shipyard Company’ in Baku.
The progress achieved in the development of oil and gas fields of Azerbaijan is of high worth. As a coastal state, Denmark and Azerbaijan are well aware of the extreme difficulties in the field pf exploration and development of the offshore fields. I feel proud that the Maersk Contractors makes weighty contribution to the elimination of these difficulties.
I extend to You my sincerest wishes and hope that this new drilling rig will serve exploration and successful development of new oil and gas fields in Azerbaijan
